Meet Jess — Founder
Hi, I’m Jess — the heart behind Bright Balloons.
What began as a simple hobby quickly became so much more. Balloons started out as my creative outlet, a way to bring colour and joy into my own life, and soon I realised they could do the same for others. In 2024, I decided to turn that passion into something bigger — and Bright Balloons was born here on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches.
Since then, I’ve been helping people transform their celebrations into something truly memorable. From birthdays and weddings to baby showers, corporate launches, and everything in between, I love creating balloon installations that make people smile and bring events to life.
I take pride in using high-quality, biodegradable latex balloons and tailoring every design to suit the occasion — whether it’s something playful and fun or elegant and refined. For me, it’s not just about balloons; it’s about creating moments that feel special and leave lasting memories.
So whether you’re planning a party, surprising someone you love, or adding a unique touch to your event, I’d love to help you make it unforgettable — one balloon at a time.

Meet Mollie — EA & Client Coordinator
Mollie is our go-getter extraordinaire here at Bright Balloons — the friendly force who keeps our bookings, clients, and creative chaos running like clockwork.
As Jess’s Executive Assistant and our Client & Customer Coordinator, Mollie is the one making sure every enquiry, install, and event detail goes off without a hitch. She’s the voice behind the emails, the organiser of all things logistics, and the first to lend a hand when things get busy.
Nothing is ever too hard for Mollie — she’s upbeat, solution-driven, and always ready for a chat (usually while juggling ten things at once!). Her “nothing’s ever a problem” attitude and warm approach make her a true favourite among our clients.
She’s the calm in our balloon-filled storm — helping us bring every event to life with ease, laughter, and a touch of sparkle.
Meet Matt — Operations Manager
Matt is Jess’s husband and the creative force who somehow ended up with the job he never officially applied for! 😉
As our Operations Manager here at Bright Balloons, Matt is the one who brings our big ideas to life — from building custom backdrops to painting and perfecting our props. You’ll often spot him out on installs, delivering setups, or behind the scenes in the workshop making something amazing for an upcoming event.
He’s practical, patient, and endlessly creative — the calm to the chaos, and a huge part of what keeps this family business running smoothly. We couldn’t do it without him!
